Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how [Legal entity name] ("FINNAC", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit finnac.tech (the "Website") or contact us through it. FINNAC is an early-stage financial technology company based in India.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email address, contact number, organization, designation, whether you are contacting us as an investor, a bank or another party, your area of interest, and your message. You choose what to include in the message.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested. We use this only to deliver, secure and maintain the Website.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, bank account numbers, card details, passwords, government ID numbers or customer data of any financial institution.

2. How we use your information

  • To read and respond to your enquiry, and to route it to the right person in our team.
  • To discuss possible pilots, partnerships or investment conversations you ask about.
  • To keep records of our communications and to protect the Website against spam and misuse.
  • To meet legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising or to build profiles about you.

3. Our legal basis and your consent

We collect and use the information in the contact form based on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before you submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us (see section 9). Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

4. Who handles your information

We use a small number of service providers to run the Website. They handle data only to provide their service to us.

  • Web3Forms receives the contact form submission and delivers it to our email inbox.
  • Hostinger provides our domain and business email, where enquiries are received and stored.
  • Netlify hosts the Website and may keep standard server logs.
  • Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the Website. Your browser requests them from Google, so your IP address is shared with Google when a page loads.

These providers may process data on servers outside India. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to our professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality.

5. Cookies and tracking

We do not set cookies ourselves, and the Website does not currently use advertising or analytics trackers. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

6. How long we keep information

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, normally not more than [24] months unless a business relationship or legal requirement means we need to keep them longer. After that we delete or anonymise them.

7. Security

The Website is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to the inboxes that receive enquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete your information, or stop using it;
  • withdraw your consent; and
  • address a grievance about how we handle your information.

We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

9. Contact and grievances

To exercise any right or raise a concern, email hello@finnac.tech with the subject "Privacy request". Our contact for privacy matters is [Name and designation]. If we do not resolve your concern, you may have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India or another authority that applies to you.

10. Children

The Website is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check back occasionally.
